Hardykids Early Learning Centre Nelson is excited to have an opportunity for a fulltime Registered Teacher to join our passionate and highly skilled team.


We are seeking a Qualified and Registered kaiako to work with our over 2’s at Blossom House, our boutique infant and toddler nursery. Located next door to the preschool, Blossom House is a stunning environment to work in with heritage features, a home away from home environment and a strong team culture.


All of our age appropriate rooms at Hardykids and Blossom House are RIE/Pikler inspired and very child centered. Care and education are at the child’s pace and respect and involving tamariki in all we do is at the cornerstone of our philosophy. We are a nature inspired centre so tamariki play in beautiful lush gardens at Blossom House and we regularly make use of the park across the road for excursions.


We are excited to hear from a candidates who have strong communication skills, energy and enthusiasm, the ability to a create warm and welcoming environment for our children, is competent with planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews and holds a positive team player attitude!


Hours of work:

This is a permanent role however if you need some flexibility, we are happy to chat to see what would best work for you!  It could be that you want to work a 4-day week or maybe you want to work a 40-hour week and have the school holidays off – lets chat!
