We are looking for a Registered Teacher to join our professional teaching team at Tigger’s Montessori Preschool and Nursery.

 

About us:

The centre is well established, with an excellent standing in the local community. We provide a high standard of care and education in the Papanui area in a purpose built, modern environment.

Our centre has 3 age and stage appropriate learning spaces – Nursery, Junior and Prep – where our children experience a Montessori led environment of exploration, inquiry and creativity, and where preparation for school continues in a fun and collaborative space.

 

About you:

You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children, and have a warm, caring and kind disposition.  With a specific interest in the Montessori Philosophy, the right person will have plenty of opportunity to continue their own development among a team of highly trained educators.   In addition you will:

·         Have an understanding of developmental milestones for children in your care

·         Be able to develop respectful, positive, and meaningful relationships with others

·         Demonstrate a positive and flexible outlook

·         Good understanding use of Te Reo
