Provincial Education started life in 2013, growing from a single centre in Rotorua to over 75 centres today.  Our centres are placed from Northland to Timaru and all offer something unique and special to their communities. We are passionate about providing inspiring and nurturing early childhood education. We work hand in hand with our parents to create happy, educational and fun learning experiences for each child. We are dedicated to supporting our tamariki to thrive and reach their full potential.

As we continue on our journey of growth at Provincial Education, it’s important to us that our culture and values of putting others first remains at the forefront of who we are and what we do. Our large support team live our values of Positivity, Collaboration and Empowerment. We are often told that our positive team culture is felt throughout our entire organisation and keeping this alive and felt within our centres is a priority that we hold close to our hearts.

Our aim is to always offer support and guidance to our centres in a way that allows our teams to enjoy the benefits that come with being a part of an extended whānau but with an intentional focus on empowering our Centre Managers to lead, make decisions and operate their centres with a tailored approach that best reflects the needs and interests of their communities.

Every centre has wonderful contributions to share and stories to tell which add to the diversity and strength of our  Provincial Education whānau. We value how these help tell our unique Provincial Education story in a way that differentiates us from others. Most of all we are proud of the incredible work our centres do at making a difference in the lives of so many families across New Zealand.
