At Provincial Education, we believe that our staff are vital to the success of the business, delivering on our values and providing the best quality care to our children and parents. Each member of the team plays a vital role in the development of the children at their childcare centre, and we strive to bring out the best in all our staff by providing them with the support and tools they need to succeed.
Our teachers understand the importance of providing the best early childhood education services they can, and work individually with the children to ensure that this is achieved. Our teachers aim to create fun environments where the children can excel and learn. At Provincial Education we aim to operate in excess of the teacher to child ratio requirements.
Our early childhood centre managers are at the heart of the centre, supporting the teachers and parents on a daily basis. They are the leaders of communication with parents, and are able to combine their passion for working with children and professional development to support the teachers as they grow and develop.
Our Support Office is based in Orewa, North of Auckland, where our team assist each centre with HR, Marketing, Payroll, Rosters and so much more. We have a special culture within our office that makes it feel like we’re working together as one big family. Together with our Senior Leadership team and Regional Managers, each centre is able to access resources, advice and guidance by simply picking
up the phone.
