About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer based at our Auckland Support Office.  Reporting to the Revenue and Business Performance Manger you will be responsible for supporting our centres with invoicing, processing WINZ applications and managing and collecting overdue fee payments.  This is an extremely busy role working alongside a team who are focused on delivering outstanding service to our centres.

 

About you:

·         Knowledge of WINZ funding entitlements and experience using a childcare management system is preferred

·         1 – 2 years accounts receivable experience

·         You will be super organised and extremely thorough with an exceptional eye for detail

·         You will have strong mathematical skills

·         This role requires a candidate who is tech savvy. You will have experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word with an ability to quickly learn new systems.

·         Exceptional organisational and administration skills with a fastidious eye for detail

·         Well-developed problem solving and decision-making capabilities

You will be self-motivated, a great communicator and strong team player looking to be part of a fun, vibrant team
·         Flexibility, and a willingness to step in and support others as required

·         Proven ability to develop positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
